Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the ChoosyChat browser extension, the ChoosyChat website and ChoosyChat Pro (together, “ChoosyChat”), provided byChoosyChat (“we”). By installing or using ChoosyChat you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use the video chat sites you use ChoosyChat with.

2. What ChoosyChat does

ChoosyChat analyzes video on your device and automatically presses buttons on supported video chat sites based on your settings. Predictions come from machine-learning models and will sometimes be wrong. Lighting, camera angle, video quality and how a person presents can all affect results. ChoosyChat is a convenience tool. It does not verify anyone's identity, age or gender, and you shouldn't rely on it for that.

3. Acceptable use

• Follow the terms and community rules of every site you use ChoosyChat on. You're responsible for your account there.
• Don't use ChoosyChat to harass, discriminate against, record or harm anyone.
• Don't resell, share or publish license keys, or try to get around licensing or the free plan's limits.

4. Free and Pro plans

The free plan includes a daily auto-skip limit, currently 50 per day. ChoosyChat Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($3.99/month) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($29), at the prices shown at checkout. A Pro license may be active on up to3 devices at a time.

Lemon Squeezy is our reseller and merchant of record and handles payments, taxes and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the customer portal, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. “Lifetime” means for as long as we offer ChoosyChat.

5. Refunds

If ChoosyChat Pro doesn't work for you, email support@choosychat.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds end the license.

6. Third-party sites

ChoosyChat is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OmeTV, Umingle, MiniChat or any other video chat service. Those sites can change at any time, which may temporarily stop ChoosyChat from working on them. We'll make reasonable efforts to restore compatibility but can't guarantee it.

7. Intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use ChoosyChat according to these terms. Third-party components are licensed under their own terms, which are listed in the extension.

8. Disclaimer

ChoosyChat is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything that happens on third-party sites. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend licenses that break these terms. You can stop using ChoosyChat at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
